Rota
Build a suggested intervention timetable using your pseudonymised Class Record, your timetable, and the adults available to support pupils.
Rota helps you review possible interventions, match them to available sessions, and generate a practical first draft. The final plan is always for you to review and adjust using your professional judgement.
How Rota works
- Open Rota from the dashboard after your Class Record has been pseudonymised.
- Review the suggested intervention menu and adjust priorities if needed.
- Upload your weekly timetable spreadsheet.
- Click timetable sessions to tag how many adults are available.
- Review the pseudonymised data that will be sent to the AI model.
- Generate a suggested intervention plan.
- Review, edit and use your professional judgement before putting the plan into practice.
No real pupil names are sent to the AI model. Rota uses pupil pseudonyms and only the information needed to suggest a plan.
Class Record
Rota loads your pseudonymised Class Record from the dashboard after the Class Record has been checked and pseudonymised.
Intervention menu
Rota will suggest possible interventions from the pseudonymised Class Record. Review these carefully, then confirm or adjust what should be included in the plan.
Uses pseudonymised data to suggest interventions. Nothing is scheduled at this stage.
You will see exactly what will be sent before anything leaves this page.
